Sadly this is the 10th and final Asian of the Week. I know those of you out there who haven’t won yet were hoping I would pick you for a future Asian of the Week, but how were you ever going to trump my mom? Not possible. This woman is my hero. She has a huge heart for God and believe it or not, she has performed stand up comedy over a dozen times.
How did this tiny woman give birth to this big lug?

My mom loves the beach so we took her to The Californian restaurant in the Hyatt Huntington Beach for her birthday. The food was great. I got a fatty ribeye steak that was mahvelous. We shared a bunch of desserts together after dinner. Then we walked across the bridge to the beach, but it was dark and cold by then so we just took a few pictures and walked back.
We took my mom to sing karaoke at Elvis in Fountain Valley. I sang a few country songs to the shaking heads of my wife and sister. Haters! I even danced a little in the karaoke room in celebration of my mom’s birthday.
